FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. When will I receive my order?

The expected delivery time of all orders is currently 10-15 days. Please reach out if your order has taken longer than this and we will be happy to resolve it for you.

2. My order says delivered but I have not received it?

Please note that tracking information is sometimes updated before the order is physically delivered. We ask you allow at most 3 days after your order has been marked as delivered to physically receive it. In any case, please feel free to always reach out to us if you are concerned about the status of your order.

3. Can I change the address on my order?

Generally once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, please still contact us and we will do our best.

4. Why does my bottle/ box look different to the photo?

Our device is called the NuEssence: 7 in 1 Facial Sculptor. All our customers are receiving our updated packaging and design.
